new year's resolutions...2010


1. Try to say nothing negative about anybody.
a) for three days
b) for forty-five days
c) for three months
See what happens to your life.

2. exercise. RUN. do the Bikram yoga 60 day challenge!


3. read one book per week (at least).

4. write every day until the book is done.

5. live with this motto in mind at all times: when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
